“The O.C.” actress Kelly Rowan is engaged to Canadian billionaire David Thomson, people.com reports. The Ottawa-born actress played Adam Brody’s mom and Peter Gallagher’s wife on the show. Thomson, who happens to be the 10th richest man in the world and the richest man in Canada, according to Forbes, met Rowan last year while she was working in Toronto. They plan to marry before the end of the year.
