Former Ald. Arenda Troutman pleaded not guilty to bribery charges in federal court Wednesday, even as prosecutors were promising that additional charges against her would be coming soon. Troutman was indicted earlier this month and accused of taking a bribe from a developer who told her he was trying to obtain approval for a project in her ward. In reality, he was working undercover for the FBI.
