William Di Giore “Bill Dee”, 87, passed away. After a courageous 2 year battle with cancer, his golden heart stopped ticking. Beloved husband of Lena (Manna) for 63 years; loving dad of Dennis (Lucille) and Janet (Terance) Anderson; proud grandfather of Jennifer (Shawn) Hendershot, Charise Pinon, Jillian; great-grandfather of Anthony; fond brother of the late Annette, Joseph, Mildred, George, Margaret, Lena, Lottie, and Alfred. William was a special man, generous and enjoyed life with an inspiring strength and compassion. His personality and righteous character impressed all who came in contact with him. No person was a stranger. Visitation Sunday, 2 p.m. until 8 p.m., at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 W.
