Isaiah Washington is still fuming over what happened with “Grey’s Anatomy.” And now he’s saying, “They fired the wrong guy.”

In an interview with the Houston Chronicle, Washington said T.R. Knight is the one who should have been dismissed because he’s the one who stirred up the idea that an anti-gay slur was directed at him. The motive? Washington alleged Knight probably wanted a salary increase and a better role for his character. (Knight did get a pay hike.)

Washington says he used the word during a disagreement with Patrick Dempsey and that he apologized: “We shook hands and went back to work.”

He also told the paper that he might sue. “My livelihood, my honor and dignity and my name have been so challenged.”
