Thomas Krzewina, age 70, of Lafayette, died at Seton Specialty Hospital at St. Elizabeth Hospitaly at 9:25 a.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2007. Born in Milwaukee, WI on May 7, 1937 to the late Harold and Alice, nee Wargen, Krzewina. He had resided in Lafayette since 1979. He married Carol J., nee Schultz, Krzewina on May 11, 1957 in Milwaukee. She preceded him in death on May 12, 2007. Thomas was a draftsman for Hot Point in Milwaukee from 1960 to 1969, he sold valves for Eaton from 1970 to 1979, and founded Appliance Valves Corp. in Lafayette where he worked from 1979 to 1986. He owned 8 patents for appliances. He was of the Catholic faith. He was a member of Elks Lodge #143 in West Lafayette. He was an avid golfer and sportsman. He enjoyed hunting. Surviving is a daughter, Lore Krzewina of Ann Arbor, MI; a son, Craig (Kyle) Krzewina of Algonquin, IL; two sisters, Patricia (Eric) Skindzelewski and Joan Moser, both of Milwaukee; and two grandchildren, Torie and Tom Krzewina. Preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Decker. Memorials to the American Kidney Foundation. Visitation Monday, June 25, 2007 at Forest Home Cemetery Chapel, 2405 W.
