Moscow is the world’s most expensive city for the second year in a row, a new survey reports. In Moscow, a luxury two-bedroom apartment will cost an expat $4,000 a month; a CD rings up at $24.83; and one copy of an international daily newspaper is $6.30.

New York (No. 15) and L.A. (No. 42) were the only two North American cities to make the top 50. The Mercer Human Resource Consulting survey ranks the cities according to the cost of housing, transportation, food, clothing, household goods and entertainment.

Here’s a look at the Top 10.

3. Seoul, South Korea

4. Tokyo

5. Hong Kong
