In describing his next album, Chamillionaire doesn’t picture a disc, per se — he pictures the big screen.

“I was trying to make the whole album be like a motion picture from beginning to end,” the Houston rapper told billboard.com of his second album, “Ultimate Victory,” which is due out in September.

“I’m just tired of the norm. It’s easy for me to just do what everybody else is doing and make a song about dancing and girls and stuff like that, but I was like, ‘Let me just try to think of some concepts, make it like a movie,'” he said.

In the track “Hip Hop Police,” for example, Chamillionaire is arrested and offered a reduced sentence if he rats out his friend. “Then he comes in and defends himself,” Chamillionaire said.
