Bernard Thomas Brennan, 92, of Delray Beach, FL and formerly of Kinderhook, NY, died Sunday, June 24, 2007 at Bethesda Medical Center in Boynton Beach, FL after a brief illness. Born in Chicago on July 26, 1914, he was the son of the late Bernard G. and Elizabeth, nee Grace, Brennan. President of Bernard T. (1961-62); president and owner, Anti-Corrosive Metal Products Co., fastener manufacturer, Castleton-on-Hudson, New York (1958-61); President, Bernard T. Brennan Co., Chicago, management consultant (1954-58); president, Chisholm, Boyd and White Co., Chicago, refractory press manufacturer (1947-54); manager, Bergland and Co., Wasco, IL, retail lumber yard (1946-47). He is survived by two sons, Thomas Brennan of Cyprus, TX and John Brennan of Columbiaville, NY; three daughters, Ann Cooper of Columbiaville, NY, Elizabeth Brennan of Austin, TX and Jill McCormick of Kinderhook, NY; 11 grandchildren, Ben, Alex, Michael and Emily Brennan, Jessica, Sean and James Coy, Olivia, Ellen, Katherine and Rosemary McCormick; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his two wives, Katherine, nee Albro, Brennan and Ann, nee Lansing, Kelly; a sister, Rosemary Cremin; and a brother, James Brennan. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from St. John the Baptist Church, Route 9, Valatie, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. John Molyn. Interment will be in Kinderhook Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Inc., Route 9, Valatie, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Columbia Memorial Hospital, Hudson, NY.
