Lily Allen, the spunky British singer who has been in the news for all the wrong reasons lately, is making headlines again — and this time the police are involved.
According to people.com, Allen was arrested in London on Thursday for allegedly socking a paparazzo in the nose. The alleged punch occurred in March as she left a London club with her boyfriend, DJ Seb Chew. Allen turned herself in to police early Thursday morning and was arrested.
She recently expressed irritation at the paparazzi on her MySpace blog, People points out. “I don’t go to film premieres. I don’t go shopping in the paparazzi hotspots, so please leave me alone.”
