Even if I don’t enjoy the idea of being spied on everywhere I go, cameras on the buses and trains is a great idea (“Spies on a bus,” July 11 cover story). Someone needs to be held accountable for the problems Chicagoans are facing with this sloppy system. Maybe this will force them to be more punctual as well. No more getting off mid-route for a coffee and doughnut. Hey, while they’re at it, why not install a GPS so they can stop the bus and train bunching?
