Chicago: Becoming quite muggy, breezy from the WSW. T-storms threaten parts of the area this morning. But, mixed sun emerges and heats the air, increasing odds for new, possibly active t-storms this afternoon/evening. Several t-storms clusters threaten downpours at night, muggy.
