Contract Negotiator for the City of Chicago Department of Procurement Services, former employee of the Internal Revenue Service, former community activist in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. Joan was taken from us on Friday, Aug. 3, after a three year battle with cancer.
Her courage and strength were an inspiration and touchstone for all who loved and admired her.
