John “Jack” Ehemann, formerly of Waukegan, IL, passed away in Clearwater, FL at the age of 86.

Jack grew up in Waukegan and graduated from Waukegan Township High School.

He served in the U.S. Navy in WWII. Jack resided in Waukegan until age 65 before moving to Clearwater, FL. He and Mary (O’Malley) Ehemann have been married for 44 years.

Jack began his career in the retail/wholesale meat industry in Waukegan and Chicago.

For more than 20 years, Jack was in a brokerage partnership with his brother George.

He is survived by his wife Mary; seven children; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jack was preceded on his Eternal Journey by his first wife, Glenneth; parents George and Maude; brother, Jerry; grandson, Ryan; and nephew, Brian.

Funeral Mass Wednesday, September 5, 4 p.m. at St. James Parish, 820 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL. Memorial service in Clearwater, time to be announced.
