The district’s Special Education Parent Network is sponsoring a parent movie night at 7 p.m. Sept. 19 in Rupley School, 305 E. Oakton St., Elk Grove Village. The movie “It’s So Much Work to be Your Friend” presents strategies for teaching disabled pupils social skills in the classroom, home and community. Baby-sitting will be provided at no cost.
