Mojito Table, $250

(table service for 6)

We intend to squeeze every last drop out of summer. And what better way to keep the party going than with a night at The Underground (56 W. Illinois St. 312-644-7600)? Before the club rolls out its fall cocktail list at the end of September, reserve a table and have a server personally whip up mojitos for you and five of your best buds. Choose one of Bacardi’s flavored rums (raspberry, watermelon, apple, coconut or lemon), sit back, and watch your server muddle mint leaves with sugar, fresh-squeezed lime juice and fresh fruit. Voila: summer in a glass! Mojito Tables are only available from 9 p.m. to midnight. Reservations required: benjamin@theundergroundchicago.com.
