1. Prince plans to sue YouTube, alleging the video site doesn’t do enough to keep illegal copies of his music from being posted. He further alleges that, despite the evidence on YouTube, he has made music since 1992.

2. A European court rejected Microsoft’s appeal of a $689 million judgment rendered against the software firm because it allegedly used Windows to squeeze out other companies and services. This one could be tricky because Microsoft only keeps about $520 million in petty cash.
