If Taye Diggs really needs to have a “Grey’s Anatomy” nickname, it might as well be McChocolatey, he said Tuesday on Ellen DeGeneres’ show.
Diggs stars in the “Grey’s” spinoff, “Private Practice,” which premieres Wednesday on ABC .
“I think they’re trying to steer away from all of those nicknames and give us our own style,” he told Ellen. “I always thought if they did go in that direction, I could be McChocolatey.”
DeGeneres’ reply: “Well, from now on you will always be McChocolatey to me. That’s what I shall call you.”
