Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...
It’s tough being a popular indie rocker these days.
Fans of Radiohead managed to bring part of the band’s Web site to a standstill Tuesday when they tried to sign up for a digital copy of the new album “In Rainbows,” Billboard reported.
“If you please bear with us, it should get cleared out soon,” guitarist Jonny Greenwood wrote, referring to the band’s online store. “I sound like a bouncer. Get behind the rope. No denim. Thanks for your patience with the site + interest in the record.”
The digital version of the new Radiohead album is due out Oct. 10, and fans get a unique opportunity to name their own price for the fresh material.
