Beyonce’s international tour is off to China. The singer will perform Nov. 3 at the Grand Stage in Shanghai, according to a schedule posted on her Web site. This comes after she scrapped a Nov. 1 date in Kuala Lumpur amid speculation that she objected to a strict dress code banning sexy attire in Muslim-majority Malaysia.
