Daniel M. Gallagher, 69, former resident of Phoenix, AZ for 22 years, passed away Oct. 17, 2007 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, with his family at his side, after a courageous battle with cancer.

for 19 years and a member of the State of Illinois Dept.
of Human Services-D.N.T. Beloved husband and best friend of Clarice, nee Kromryk, Gallagher; loving father of Kimberly (James) Murphy and Keith (Glee) Gallagher; cherished grandfather of Hannah and Shane Murphy; dear son of the late Michael and Marie Gallagher; fond son-in-law of the late Alice and Ben Kromryk; dear brother of the late Albert and late Edward Uher; fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews; his dogs, Sweet Pea, Scooter and Precious; and his little white angel, Lola.
Visitation Saturday 3 to 8 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 8 p.m. at theMarkiewicz Funeral Home, P.C., 108 Illinois St., Lemont.
Funeral Services Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, 9:30 a.m. to SS. Cyril & Methodius Church, Lemont, for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
