TRUNK OR TREAT
The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum hosts its annual “Trunk or Treat” celebration for costumed kids 14 and younger Oct. 28. The free event will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. at the museum, off Interstate 69 at Indiana Hwy. 8, near Ft. Wayne. Goody’s Halloween Car Show Oct. 29 features pre-1983 American-made cars and trucks plus two $50 awards for best costume. Judging will be held in more than 50 categories at the show, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the restaurant on Roosevelt Road, one block east of Randall Road, in St. Charles. Registration costs $20. NAVTEQ sponsors Maps: Finding Our Place in the World Nov. 2 through Jan. 28 at the Field Museum. The exhibit will include more than 100 of the world’s greatest maps and interactive displays.
