*Garrison Keillor has gotten a restraining order against a Georgia woman he says has made telephone calls and sent him explicit e-mails and disturbing gifts, including a petrified alligator foot and dead beetles. In the petition filed Oct. 12, Keillor, 65, claimed the harassment started April 28, after Andrea Campbell, 43, attended a live performance of his public radio show, “A Prairie Home Companion,” in Columbus, Ga.

*Jay-Z plans just five tour stops next month to promote his new album, and Chicago is one of them, Billboard.com reports. “American Gangster,” inspired by the Denzel Washington movie, is due out Nov. 6. Jay-Z will be at the House of Blues on Nov. 7.

*Rapper and prison inmate Foxy Brown has been sent to solitary confinement, MTV.com reports. Her manager didn’t confirm or deny reports that she committed three offenses to land her there.

*Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has two bundles of joy. The former “Jamie Foxx Show” actress and her husband, talent agent Michael Nilon, welcomed twin boys Oct. 18 in Los Angeles, reports People.

*Ellen DeGeneres poked fun at herself Tuesday for crying in front of her talk show audience over an adopted dog, according to People.com. “I feel better after a good cry, you know?” she said. “What you don’t want to do is keep in a cry, because then you get bloated. And then you’ll want to cry because you’re bloated. It’s a vicious cycle.”

*Actress Kate Hudson and rocker Chris Robinson are officially single after signing their divorce papers on Monday, Zap2it.com reports.
