So much for missing Jerry Seinfeld.

The comedian, content for the most part to stay out of the spotlight after “Seinfeld” left the air, is on an all-out media blitz to promote “Bee Movie,” which he produced. Having already appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” he’ll visit David Letterman on Monday, Jon Stewart on Thursday and Conan O’Brien on Friday, Newsday reports.

“Bee Movie” is just one of the major projects creating — wait for it — major buzz this fall. RedEye breaks out its Buzz-O-Meter to compare a few of them.

THE BUZZ-O-METER

Bee Movie

The buzz began in Cannes with Seinfeld jumping off a building wearing a bumblebee suit. The payoff: His family-friendly flick looks likely to fly past the competition at the box office.

Lions for Lambs

“Lions” will bank on the star power of three A-list actors — Robert Redford, Meryl Streep and Tom Cruise — but for now the bulk of the buildup to the political thriller’s release is happening at screenings in Rome, Berlin and Paris.

American Gangster

“It’s like a good fight. It’s like getting in there with a heavyweight,” Denzel Washington tells Entertainment Weekly of matching wits with Russell Crowe. And like a big heavyweight fight, audiences will pay to see these two square off.

As I Am

Alicia Keys (right), Ebony magazine’s November cover girl, figures to have another smash-hit album on her hands if the strength of her single “No One” is any indication.

Sawdust

Whatever happened to rock darlings The Killers? Well, they have a new album due out Nov. 13 — the same date as Keys’ new offering hits stores.
