A man shouting threats was subdued and arrested at the state Capitol in Denver on Monday, less than four months after a trooper shot and killed an armed man inside the building, witnesses and authorities said. The man detained Monday said he was on drugs, shattered the window in a locked door and threatened to kill people around him, witnesses said.
