That might have something to do with Spears making about $737,000 per month, while Federline “indicates that he does not earn any income,” the ruling said.
*”Risky Business” actress Rebecca De Mornay was arrested on DUI charges in Beverly Hills, police said, after being stopped Oct. 30 for a traffic violation. She failed a sobriety test and then blew a .09 on a Breathalyzer (.08 is the legal limit). Police said she was “very cooperative,” according to People.com. De Mornay, 48, was booked and posted $5,000 bail.
*Paris Hilton just gives and gives. She and her younger sister, Nicky, judged a beauty contest in Tokyo on Tuesday. Each chose one finalist for the Miss Universe Japan contest. More will be selected next month. “I love Tokyo,” Hilton said. “The shopping is great.”
*Showtime wants people to know that “Weeds” is not in the business of insensitive art-imitating-life plots. Press screeners of the final two episodes of this season include a note explaining that a twist was written and filmed this past summer, long before the Southern California wildfires, TV Guide reports. “On behalf of the cast and crew of ‘Weeds’ and everyone at Showtime, I’d like to acknowledge the thousands of families … affected by the devastating fires.
