“Hills” star Spencer Pratt, once accused of spreading sex-tape rumors, denies a tape of himself in Brazil is on the market. “I was never on camera, and there is no sex tape,” Pratt tells usmagazine.com. “However, I did go to Brazil three years ago to film … a documentary.”
