Winona Ryder’s a mom — on film, at least. Ryder has beamed aboard the “Star Trek” prequel as Spock’s mom, Variety reports. Spock will be played by “Heroes’ ” Zachary Quinto, a.k.a. Sylar. The J.J. Abrams-directed “Star Trek” movie chronicles the lives of the Enterprise crew members as they train in Starfleet Academy.
The movie is due Christmas Day 2008.
