Packed snow forms a treacherous pathway Monday on a stretch of Dearborn Street near Ohio Street. A number of people in the downtown area complained that the walks had not been shoveled, even along the shopper-friendly Magnificent Mile. A city spokesman says businesses must clear at least a 5-foot-wide path on sidewalks. Report problem spots by calling 311, he said.
