“High School Musical” star Ashley Tisdale took to her Web site to apologize to fans after canceling shows in Miami and Philadelphia over the weekend, saying she hasn’t fully recovered from her recent nose surgery. “Unfortunately, the deviated septum was more significant than [Tisdale and her doctor] originally thought so the healing process is taking longer,” she wrote.
