CHECK it OUT if you’re … a yoga newbie, a commitment phobe or a devotee with little money to spare.

THE DEETS Moksha Yoga’s free community yoga class is held Sundays from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The Level 1-2 class, appropriate for beginning or advanced students, is taught by a rotating roster of Moksha teachers. The style of yoga can differ each week depending on who is leading the class. Teachers are aware that new students often come to these classes and will give special instructions or attention when needed, a Moksha staffer told RedEye. If you go, be sure to arrive early, as space is limited.

The payoff New year, new you.
