CIA CHALLENGED: Lawyers for Majid Khan, a detainee at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have challenged the CIA’s assertion that videotaping of interrogations stopped in 2002, saying Khan’s interrogations after that time were recorded on videotape. A CIA spokesman said the agency stood by CIA Director Michael Hayden’s statement that the taping stopped in 2002.

TASER SUIT: A motorist on Friday sued a Utah state trooper who jolted him with a stun gun in September, claiming his civil rights were violated because the officer did not tell him first that he was under arrest. The confrontation was widely viewed on YouTube.
