Make way, Jay: Conan O’Brien has some new digs.
O’Brien is getting ready to move to the City of Angels with his purchase of a fancy-schmancy $10.5 million compound, the L.A. Times reported on Saturday.
The “just completed” home on a prestigious street in Brentwood, Calif., has a screening room, a 1,500-bottle wine room, a paneled library with a bar, a pool, a spa, a pavilion with a fireplace and an outside kitchen, according to the L.A. Times.
The late-night talk show host and former “Simpsons” writer will take over for Jay Leno on “The Tonight Show” in 2009. Not a bad home base to set up shop in.
