OBSCENITY CHARGE: Police confiscated two display photos of scantily clad men and a woman from an Abercrombie & Fitch store in Virginia Beach, Va., and cited the manager Saturday on a misdemeanor obscenity charge. Store managers did not heed police warnings to remove the images after complaints.
TEXAS DEATH: An Odessa man, Jan David Clark, 60, was being held Sunday on charges he killed his wife. Clark said he was trying to exorcise a demon from her when the devil entered his body and caused her to die, police said.
