Some Chicago-area AT&T cellular customers experienced disrupted voice and data service for several hours Wednesday because a third-party service provider cut a fiber line, but a spokesperson for the company says all customers — with the exception of some who use the 3G broadband network — are back online. It is the second outage this week from a major service provider.
