*Get ready to see a whole lot more of Rainn Wilson than you ever would have imagined. “The Office” actor says he dropped trou for comedy sketches he taped as host of the Spirit Awards, the Oscars of independent film. “When I signed up I said, ‘I’m not a standup comedian. I’m happy to tell jokes and stuff, but it’s not really what I do,'” Wilson said. Apparently they found a way to make it work. “My body being exposed is good for a great deal of laughs,” he said. The Spirit Awards air Feb. 23 on IFC — live and uncut.

*Mike Judge, creator of Fox’s “King of the Hill,” will be inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame. Judge, who lives in Austin, and Morgan Fairchild, known for various film and TV roles, will join previously announced inductees Thomas Haden Church, Jayne Mansfield and the 1980 movie “Urban Cowboy,” the Austin Film Society said Wednesday. The ceremony will be March 7. The Texas Film Hall of Fame recognizes artists from, influenced or inspired by the Lone Star State.

*Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora says he had “hit bottom” when he entered rehab last year. “I got divorced [from Heather Locklear], I was going through a custody battle, I was having alcohol addiction problems, my dad was dying,” Sambora, 48, told People. His father, Adam, died of lung cancer last year. On Tuesday night in New York, Bon Jovi kicked off a yearlong concert series for Stand Up for a Cure to benefit Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, where Adam Sambora was treated.
