Holyfield-Tyson III?
Speaking with BBC’s Inside Sport on Tuesday, Evander Holyfield, 45, became defensive over the criticism regarding a potential third bout with Mike Tyson, 41. Holyfield said that last week Jeff Fenech, on behalf of Tyson, contacted him to ask if he was interested in a trilogy bout. British heavyweight Danny Williams told the BBC that Holyfield-Tyson III would be “a freak show,” and “an insult to everybody’s intelligence.”
Lawmaker: Spare Clemens
A Democratic congressman asked the FBI on Wednesday to drop its investigation of Roger Clemens. Rep. Anthony Weiner, a candidate for New York mayor in 2009, said the FBI is too busy with more important crimes to spend time trying to determine if the pitcher lied to Congress about taking performance-enhancing substances.
