“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis is being released from a Nevada jail, where he is being held on federal tax evasion charges, so he can return to Florida to face charges related to the filming of underage girls in 2003 during spring break. Francis was to travel Tuesday and appear in a court the next day, defense lawyer Fred Atcheson said.
