Maybe “American Idol” wannabe David Hernandez does make a better stripper than a singer.
There was nothing exotic about his hokey-pokey dance moves during his performance of “I Saw Her Standing There” on Tuesday night, and that likely got the ex-stripper booted during Wednesday’s elimination show.
“This isn’t it for me,” David acknowledged.
Ya think?
Hernandez’s fall from the stage probably wasn’t that big of a shocker for “Idol” fans, but top contender Syesha Mercado’s inclusion among the bottom three vote-getters — along with Kristy Lee Cook — likely raised a few eyebrows.
