LIGHTS-OUT PARTY: The St. Patrick’s Day celebration in Savannah, Ga., turned pitch black late Saturday as the city lost power after a storm, plunging the downtown party into darkness as thousands roamed the streets. Some bars kept pouring, with bartenders keeping tabs by flashlight. Power was mostly restored by Sunday afternoon.
