*A story in some editions of Thursday’s Metro section about a sexual harassment trial said Teyonda Wertz, chief of staff of the Illinois Department of Human Services, testified that it was employee Carlos Estes’ idea to share a hotel room with her on a trip to Springfield. The story, however, omitted additional testimony. Wertz was then asked about a 2006 deposition in which she had testified that the original suggestion that Estes share the room came from Wertz’s assistant.

*Steve Dahl’s column about airline mileage in the At Play section Thursday misstated details of converting Starwood points into AAdvantage miles. Benefits depend upon membership qualification levels, so plan members need to check with their individual plans to confirm rewards.

*A Metro section story on Wednesday about plans to import Indian workers to finish a Jain temple in Bartlett misidentified temple spokesman Prabodh Vaidya. He is a member of the board of trustees.
