Former Chicago concierge Abigail Hart and Nancy Callahan won’t be getting rich off their book revealing the secret lives of stars.
The pair, who worked at Chicago’s Four Seasons Hotel, wrote “Great Reservations” about their celebrity encounters. Three Rivers Press canceled the book’s June release because the authors were legally banned from writing about their experiences, publicist Katie Wainwright told The Associated Press.
In the book, the authors dish that Nicole Kidman sent to the hotel 800-thread-count sheets and instructions on how to make the bed, then never showed. John Cusack reportedly sent his dirty laundry to the hotel to be laundered before his arrival. The actor’s rep has denied the claim.
