DRIVER DIES: Aaron Staelens, 43, has died after being severely burned when his tanker truck rolled over and exploded after a car struck it Friday on Interstate Highway 91 in Chicopee, Mass., authorities said Saturday. The car’s driver was issued a summons Saturday, and faces charges that include negligent motor vehicle homicide.
10-POUND BOY: Authorities in the Florida Panhandle arrested a 19-year-old woman from the Pace area whom they suspect of neglecting a 4-year-old boy. Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Haines says the boy weighed 10 pounds when he was hospitalized earlier this month but his condition is improving.
