KOREAN DISPUTE: North Korea’s military said it will ban South Korean officials over a remark that Seoul could consider attacking the North if the communist nation tries to use nuclear weapons against the South. The North’s military also said it would assume South Korea wants to “suspend all inter-Korean dialogue and contacts” unless Seoul apologizes for the remark by Kim Tae Young, the new head of the South’s Joint Chiefs of Staff.
