The judgment that MySpace says it received Tuesday over junk messages sent to its members. A federal judge in Los Angeles ruled against Sanford Wallace, and his partner, Walter Rines, after the two failed to show up at a court hearing, a MySpace spokesperson told The Associated Press. Experts said the online service may never collect, however. MySpace said Wallace and Rines sent more than 730,000 messages to MySpace members.
