DRINK THIS

Persephone Poptail, $12

Popsicles really hit the spot on a summer day — too bad they get all melty and end up on the sidewalk in a split second. You won’t have to worry about that happening at DeLaCosta (465 E. Illinois St. 312-464-1700), where your tiny frozen popsicle treat chills out in your cocktail. Sip on this mix of Grey Goose L’Orange, Pama pomegranate liqueur, blood orange puree and cava, then suck on your mini-pomegranate popsicle. Pina Colada and Mango Peach Poptails also available.
