Akshay Rajagopal, a 6th grader from Lincoln, Neb., knew that Bolivia is the country in which this is the third-largest conurbation- and that clinched him the title Wednesday in the 20th annual National Geographic Bee. The 11-year-old also know what a conurbation is-a large, densely populated urban area-which some might consider impressive in itself. ———-
