The owner of a popular Riverdale bar where five people were recently shot was charged with unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and obstructing a peace officer, authorities said.
The arrest of Jimmy Crittenden, 69, was not connected to the shooting at Jimmy’s Place Tavern, officials said.
