*Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is looking for volunteers for its community health fair on Saturday at St. Anne Parish, 16801 Dixie Highway, Hazel Crest. *Orland Park Public Library will hold two volunteer programs for teens this summer. Library card-holders going into 7th and 8th grades can volunteer through the Designated Hitters Jr. Page program. A mandatory sign-up meeting starts at 4 p.m. Monday at 14921 Ravinia Ave. The library is also looking for teens in 10th through 12th grades to help with library computers and earn community service hours. FUNDRAISERS
*Raymond Levine Men’s Store will hold a three-day fundraiser to benefit children orphaned in the China earthquake Thursday through Saturday at 19919 S. La Grange Rd., Frankfort. A 10 percent discount will be offered on all items. That 10 percent will be matched and donated to the Half the Sky Foundation. Call 815-464-7566.
*The South Suburban Humane Society will hold its Dancing With the Dogs dinner and fashion show from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at Villa de Bruno, 19825 Stony Island Ave., Lynwood. All proceeds will go to benefit the the shelter. Call 708-755-7387.
THOSE MAKING A DIFFERENCE
*The Crisis Center for South Suburbia recently raised more than $20,000 at its fourth annual Longest Day of Golf outing. Last year, 12,864 nights of shelter were provided for 361 women and children.
