The Democratic race will be over by the end of next week, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid predicted Thursday. Reid said national party Chairman Howard Dean and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi agreed with him that superdelegates should be prodded to decide after primaries end Tuesday. “I don’t lament this campaign taking as long as it has, but it’s time it ended,” Reid said.
