With MTV’s Movie Awards rapidly approaching (they air Sunday night), it’s time to break down the nominees in the best kiss category.
And there’s no one better to do that than MTV’s own reality TV dating show star Tila Tequila, who explains that a great kiss, to her, involves “a lot of exploding passion.”
Um, gross.
Getting back on topic, Tila enjoyed Shia LaBeouf and Sarah Roemer’s smooch in “Disturbia,” but she gave her full seal of approval to … (drum roll, please) … Harry Potter! Yes, Tequila’s pick is Daniel Radcliffe’s lip-smack with Katie Leung in “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.”
“This is hot,” she told mtv.com while watching the clip. “Two nerds talking about wizards and spells, and out of nowhere, it’s like, ‘Oh, yeah.’ I felt a release off of that one.”
Tila seemed none too impressed with “Enchanted’s” climactic kiss between Patrick “McDreamy” Dempsey and Amy Adams. “So, he’s kissing a dead girl who doesn’t respond to his kissing?” she said. “That’s weird.”
The other nominated pairs are Briana Evigan and Robert Hoffman in “Step Up 2: The Streets” and Ellen Page and Michael Cera in “Juno.”
